How to Use:

Cold Weather: Before Use, Put Gel Pack in Very Warm Water so Gel is Liquified and Can Absorb Cold.

Warm/Hot Weather: Before Use, Put Gel Pack in Ice Water or the Freezer so Gel is Solid and Can Absorb Heat.
