WARNING: Please note that we DO NOT recommend the use of a heat pack with this box size. In the small interior space, the animals can be overwhelmed by the close proximity of the heat pack. If you are shipping in cold weather and have to use a heat pack, we strongly suggest using a 12x9x6 box or larger.
