Notice: Friday, 7/1/22:
Happy Friday! We hope your week has been a good one so far!
We will be keeping an eye on current delays this morning and we’ll be contacting FedEx regarding those that appear to be hung up or delayed.
HELP US HELP YOU:
We are opening cases on all our stuck shipments. Please DO NOT CALL FEDEX, as there is a risk that could cause even more delays on the shipment.
Also keep in mind that since Mondays are FedEx busiest shipping day, it’s best to not ship on Mondays, to avoid potential delays. Next week, Tuesday will be like a typical Monday, so insurance will not be available.
Regarding shipping and insurance for next week (Wednesday only): Please check back on Wednesday 7/6/22, by 10am MST, for our take on the system. We will keep a close eye on our outgoing shipments to get a feel for how things are running.
As always, thanks for your patience and understanding!

Warning! July 4th Notice:
HOLIDAY NOTICE AND WARNING –FedEx and our office will be closed Monday, July 4th in of observance Independence Day.
DO NOT SHIP THIS THURSDAY, June 30th.
Please note that if you ship out this Thursday, 6/30, and your package is delayed overnight, it most likely will not deliver until Tuesday, 7/5, at the earliest.
Shipping can resume on Tuesday, July 5th. However, we won’t have insurance available for Tuesday’s shipments, since it will be such a heavily shipped day (due to Independence Day sale items and because there won’t be any shipping on Monday).
Tues 7/5 basically becomes what Monday typically is (heavy volume/no Insurance) and we will assess shipments and weather on Wed morning in order to make a decision regarding Wed insurance.
