Mon 8/15/22 – Wed 8/17/22: On-Time and Live Arrival Insurance is Now Available; Be Aware of Lingering Heat in Some Areas
In light of sustained signs of improvement in the FedEx system, we have decided to turn on insurance for outgoing “Hold at Facility” shipments being sent out Monday through Wednesday, barring any holidays or unforeseen system issues or weather events.
Our insurance availability is not a guarantee that delays and issues won’t happen, and we reserve the right to turn off our insurance at any time for the safety of the animals being shipped through us.
We will be turning insurance on by approx. 9am MST on Monday mornings, and we will leave it on through 7pm MST Wednesday evenings.

REMEMBER: FedEx has ZERO liability on live shipments, and they will not issue any refunds on live packages that are late, lost, damaged, or DOA. Our On-Time and Live Arrival Insurance is the only way to protect yourself in the event of a late, lost, or DOA shipment.
